Mikalah Raymond Liviakis is a practicing Sacramento bankruptcy attorney, recognized by the California Bar Association and the United States District Court. Mr. Liviakis founded the Liviakis California Law Center after serving as a law clerk in the legal departments of the Placer County District Attorney's Office, the Department of Justice, Attorney General's Office, and the California Resources Agency. Mr. Liviakis provides debt analysis, Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Chapter 11 guidance to debtors.

Mr. Liviakis is originally from Sacramento, CA and he remains a resident in the area. A graduate of Pepperdine University and Pacific McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Liviakis envisions a unique style of legal practice, paying special attention to the need to inform clients of their legal rights and to also make affordable client rates available. While working across California's capitol and completing five clerkships in California and local government organizations, Mr. Liviakis was a consistent Dean's List Scholar. In the last two years, Mr. Liviakis has researched and worked in the fields of Real Estate Law and Bankruptcy Law. He now has offices in Folsom, Sacramento, and Roseville, CA.
